"50 Heavy Metal Years of Music" el masivo recopilatorio de Judas Priest

Para celebrar sus 50 años de carrera, la legendaria banda británica Judas Priest anunció "50 Heavy Metal Years of Music", una masiva caja recopilatoria de 42 discos que incluirá todos sus álbumes de estudio y en directo, ademas de material inédito y una serie de coleccionables para sus fans. Esta colección de edición limitada saldrá el 15 de octubre a través de Sony Music. 

Esta recopilación contendrá ni mas ni menos que 42 discos, que incluye toda la discográfica oficial de la banda, 8 grabaciones en directo en estéreo inéditas, restauradas y mezcladas por Tom Allom en La Cucina W8 y masterizadas por Alex Wharton en Abbey Road Studios y 2 discos en directo inéditos con 24 canciones.

    Judas Priest se encuentra a vísperas de iniciar su tour de 50 aniversario en la próxima edición del Bloodstock Festival para el 15 de agosto, posteriormente se embarcará entre septiembre y noviembre en una gira por Norteamérica, contando con Sabaton como acto de apoyo y para el 2022 dos giras por Europa, una como soporte de Ozzy y otra como acto principal.

    La banda igualmente se encuentra trabajando en el sucesor de su "Firepower" de 2018, para el cual ya han comunicado que tienen varias canciones compuestas para esta próxima placa discográfica.
